Real-Const is a real estate and development company that offers both consultancy and construction services. It was founded on the principle of providing our clients with one-stop-shop for all their needs of construction.

We are a consortium of architects, quantity surveyors, civil engineers, project managers, property valuers, service engineers & contractors who are seeking to change the way consulting and construction is done.

Senior Quantity Surveyor

Martin is a registered quantity surveyor with extensive experience in handling large-scale construction projects. He is well versed in the practice and procedures of quantity surveying and project management for all kinds of construction projects. He has varied experience in busy and well-established consultancy firms, from where he has gained invaluable knowledge in various aspects of running building projects.

He is also well-grounded in both pre-contract and post-contract administration procedures and advisory services. He holds a Bachelor of Quantity Surveying degree from the University of Nairobi and is a Corporate Member of the Institute of Quantity Surveyors of Kenya.

Anne has a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying from the University of Nairobi and is a member of the Institute of Quantity Surveyors of Kenya. She has participated in various construction projects which have played a huge part in equipping her with the relevant skills and professional expertise required in the construction business.

She has varied experience in busy work environments where she has gained invaluable knowledge in various aspects of running projects. Her diligence and self-drive make her a very resourceful and valuable member of our project team.
